Remote Control Heaven - Mustang Media And Design - Kimberly Holt Ordered a TW Remote Control My card was charged, remote not received. Sent 2 e-mails, received excuses but no remote ripoff Orange Texas
MY INITAL ATTEMPT:

On June 3, 2007 I ordered a Time Warner Atlas UEI DVR / PVR 5- Device Universal Remote Control from you. According to my credit card company the Transaction Date was June 5, 2007 and the amount was posted on June 7. According to the response I received from you on the day of my order, I was told "Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours as soon as your card is approved!"
As of this writing I still have neither received the remote nor any further correspondence from you regarding it or the shipment of said remote. What gives?

I just moved and just now got my Internet working. I run this business from my home so I was out of touch completely. I am getting it out to you asap! Please accept my sincerest apologies! My Mother always said "there are two really stressful times in a women's life, childbirth and moving."

This is my second attempt to reach you since I received your e-mail on 6-12-07 and I am really frustrated. This has become a very stressful situation for me as not only did I send an e-mail on Sat. 6-16 but I have tried repeatedly to reach you at the listed phone number (409)330-4268. Initially the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer--then I was told repeatedly that my call could not be completed as dialed--then first time I called today the phone rang and rang and rang and finally it sounded as if someone picked up and then hung up..on my final attempt I was given a message that said the number had been temporarily disconnected.
Your Mother was right about the two stressful times she shared with you but trying to get this order completed ranks up high on the list with me. If you are unable to fill it that is fine but please let me know and refund my Visa account so I can be finished with this matter. I feel that I have been very patient and should be due some kind of communication from you. Thank you

I am so sorry! You should have received it by now. My phone has been disconnected because of my move.
I will go ahead and initiate a refund for you. If the remote shows up, please consider it a gift.

Within 48 hours of filing my report, a refund showed up in my credit card account. For this I am thankful. I just wish it hadn't been necessary for me to make a complaint in order to get results.
