Renaissance Painting plus DBA-Renaissance Painting Plus Home Renovation/Maintenance, Andy Beach, John Douglas Beach, Mario Antonio Couch BEWARE - felon - parolee - con artist Manistee, Michigan
Beware of this company and the mastermind con-artist behind the DBA. Beware this man is a multi-time convicted felon, currently on parole. He is NOT a licensed contractor. He will scam you out of money. I had the misfortune of meeting this individual while he was running another business, two tattoo shops. Not only was I his employee but also his friend. He convinced me to take a personal loan out for $5,000 to help him out with the shop, Stay Tru Tattoo in Ludington, Mi. He agreed to pay me extra each check so I was able to cover the payments on the loan that I took for HIM under the agreement he was to pay this money back. He not only started selling drugs out of the tattoo shop but also took government food stamps as payment for tattoos; both incidences he was caught and convicted of said crimes. He was then sent to prison (2009). He has yet to pay back the $5,000. Since being released from prison in 2011, he has worked at Best Drug Rehab located in Manistee, Mi. He was fired shortly after being hired for having a sexual relationship with a young female patient. He is now calling himself a handy-man and preying on innocent homeowners in Northern Michigan. Avoid this crook at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!
