I was promised low prices for apple products.

requested for product payment through Western Union

I sent money.. they replied that the product will be shipped through FedEx. FedEx was then unable to send to my location and had to go through another carrier. They also had to pack more items than i ordered because of minimum shipment requirements. I double check with local FedEx offices and relayed the info to www.reneestores.com... pertainingin that it was false.

www.reneestores.com then recanted their data that FedEx wasn't able to send to my location and asked for another $450 customs fee for my product shipment.

I had hesitation, canceled my order and been trying to get a refund since then. Up to now, the "manager" has no concrete response and has been incosistent about their refund - no refund statements.

They also called me on 2 occassion only for 10 mins giving an excuse that they had a meeting. The "manager" i spoke with had a nigerian accent and was negotiating that i only need to send $300 instead of $450 as he will shoulder the $150... which was to paid back as soon as i recieved the goods. up to now the good have yet to be shipped and is stuck in the FedEx office with a tracking number.
