The walls are closing in on this dangerous and very disturbed SOCIOPATH.  Sit tight and soon there will be justice for all.

The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands.

He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers.

He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislature.

He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:

I dated Alex Juan Dimusto and he used and abused me brutally and without conscience for more than six months, but that was not enough.  When I finally saw him for who he was he called my boss and got me fired from a very good job in a recession, pulling my feet out from under me and leaving me all alone, in South Florida, with no income or place to turn.  I moved here by myself a year and a half ago and struggled until I found that job.  He knew that better than anyone.  You be the judge whether he is a ruthless animal.  You be the judge whether he has a conscience.  You be the judge whether you want anything to do with this man.

He attempted to get a restraining order against me, the same day he got me fired from my job, January 6, 2010, through complete fabrications, but it was denied on January 14th, six days before he wrote his typical rebuttal threatening more bogus lawsuits.    

I stand by every word and his criminal and civil records speak for themselves.  With all that has been uncovered in the last several weeks,  I urge all people to protect themselves, their assets and their lives from this person.  

First of all, thank you to all my friends who have contacted me, supporting me, it is obvious I've run into a bit of a nut job here.  OK. I've just about had it. I have rented to hundreds of people over the years. I have sold many vehicles and ran several businesses. I do not have any felonies on my record, period!  Last year, I met someone on the Internet. Later, I came to find out she has three estranged children who never speak with her. I spoke with her daughter who apologized for her Mother's severe bi-polar issues and was truly sorry for the damage her Mother has caused. She has said she will never speak with her again. Since late 2009, I have been harrassed, threatened, assaulted and now possibly most damaging, defamed. I have been forced to get a restraining order, surveillance systems and have hired a civil attorney to help straighten out some very clear cases of slander. I plan on seeing this through. I will post the outcome of the case here, just for the record.  I have no less than 4 Police cases against this woman. She has swore to not leave me alone and has been seeing "lurking" around my homes as recently as 1/15/10.

I have neglected to answer these posts, but finally, I can take no more. After 336 harrassing phone calls to several of my business and personal numbers -  I specifically told her -  if she didnt stop, I was forwarding her abusive calls to her boss to make her stop. She kept calling even after her boss asked her to stop. Her random behavior caused her boss to consider she was on drugs. This abuse caused me to unlist and change my phone number, remove my website and now these damaging, slanderous posts - I plan on taking full legal action against this inidividual. She is bitter because this relationship, was short and was terminated for the same reason all of her professional and personal relationships are: because she is truly unstable. twice threatening suicide and twice threatening me and one physical assault.  I will not get into details, but the indiidual posting these comments is unstable and should be avoided. I have documentation to support every assertion I have made here. She ws sending me emails for 30 days with no repsonse as the police asked I not respond. Then, when she found out I had a new girlfriend, she went out of control. I was not dumped and wish I never crossed paths with this person. I have been harrassed and stalked by her and have spent countless days in court and with lawyers trying to develop a strategy. Be Careful, anyone who comes in contact with deborah kaye Riley or Debbie Riley should be careful - this person should come with a warning label.

  Unfortunately , things written here are just "out there", nothing can be done about it on the web, but in civil court, the person who posts items they cannot prove, can be found working for you for a very long time (wages garnished). This individual has caused irreparable harm, she has stated, she has nothing to lose, which may be true, but now, the rest of her life's earnings, or a portion of them are at risk, of being sent to me.

This individual was terminated by her last employer for refusing to take a drug test. Her behaviour had been noted at her office and at her last day of 90 day probationary period, she was "randomly" chosen for a drug test.

I understand this is a he-said, she-said thing, so I'll post supporting documentation. 

I have tried to be fair to most all people I come in touch with as a landlord and as a perosn. I was very involved with local charities, I am regular a chuch goer a donate to charity, both time and money, when possible.  

The other landlording cases involve a rehab person that relapsed and a person whoi lost her $500 deposit for deciding not to move in at the last moment - I dont think such huge problems for over a decade in teh landlord business.

I sold many electric cars - they were sold as is and were used for the wrong application - this is not a warranty item. If the application of the cart is wrong, I am supposed to take it back?  The person who is most upset came up to my home vandalized it, stole items from another home and went to my place of business and stole addtional items (6 batteries) and vandalized additional items. - all this for a $3500 2002 electric cart? Grow up! I've bought and sold thousands of items Caveat emptor has to come into play at some point.  This customer loaded 2,000lbs of weight on an electric art then claims performance issue? duh. that's weight holding it down.

Anyway, I've had it and now will spend even more time correcting these innaccuracies.
