This company showed video of cream that appeared to work in one minute to reduce swelling under the eyes. Offered free sample of it for S&H only. Product received not work. I believe was a bait and switch tactic. Then was charged $200 after this for a "subscription". I did not agree to this.

Yes you did agree to it. Not once but twice. Once when you entered your payment information and again when you were asked to confirm said payment info. YOU CHOSE NOT TO READ! Since you clicked the "I AGREE" tab without READING you get to pay for the contract YOU AGREED TO. Its simple really, your ignorance is the issue. Just another person who couldnt be bothered to read and then hops on the web and WHINES about what they got themselves into. So instead of admitting that YOU are the real reason this is happening, you go online and defame them. Commiting a crime to cover YOUR ignorance and ego. The hilarious part is that YOU would rather risk a lawsuit rather then admit fault at all. Two things, one is that while it looks like one min on the computer it actualy says its a dramatization. The second thing is that YOU need to address YOUR problem before you go WHINING on a forum that can cause someone damages. To their reputation and business. YOU are the one who WILLINGLY entered both their personal banking information and an electronic contract without reading it. Not a ripoff because you CHOSE all of this. YOU are the one who is commiting a offense to cover their @$$ and ego. Grow up.
And no I dont work for them. Im just tired of seeing our once great people devolving into mindless irresponsible sheep. Bleating when they screw themselves over due to their own ignorance and simply refusing to either learn or use any common sense.
