I saw a trial offer for a skin serum and thought I would try it, especially when it said "just pay shipping and handling." I received the product and the eye serum as well. I never ordered the eye serum. I tried to contact the "company" and could get no one on the line. Today my debit card was charged $94.57 and $89.47.. Again I tried to phone and no answer. I phoned my bank to cancel my debit card. My bank is working with me on this...

After receiving this product and using it for only 3 days I discontinued due to severe eye tissue redness and scaling. I had to even go to the doctor and was told I was having a severe alergic reaction, I normally do not ever have a reaction to products! I ordered this product on 1/28/2015, received the face cream on 2/3/2015 and the eye cream on 2/4/2015. I was seen by my doctor on 2/9/2015, at which time I called to cancel. I was reassured that no further charges would be billed and my account would be cancelled. Two days later on 2/11/2015 I saw that my back account had two charges deducted for Renuvaderm, one was for almost $90.00 and the other for almost $95.00. When I called to clear this up, I was told that I did not cancel in the alloted time frame of 14 days from the date of purchase (or order in their terms). I asked to connected to a manager and was rudely told I was speaking to a manager and there was nothing further I could do.
Please HELP!!
