I ordered a free sample of 2 products, only cost was shipping. This order was on 4-20-2015. I recieved both products. Then on my next credit card bill was 3 new charges. The first was dated 5-04-15 and was for $94.57. The next two charges were dated 5-15-15 and 5-16-15, both were for 89.47. I recieved no additional products for these charges. I called the number on my bill and spoke to a representative. She made no effort to let me explain the problem and in fact kept talking while I was talking. I asked to speak to her supervisor but she said that was not possible. She called me back after a few minutes and said they would offer me a refund on two of the charges, then sent me an e-mail stating I had two refunds #40148 for $31.31 and #40140 for$33.09. I want to cancel so they don't keep charging me monthly and I will not accept any products from them.
