Residential MD, Total Protect, Home Protect, Cross Country Home Services, HMS Home Warranty, Haa of Virgina, Homesure Protection of California, Homesure of services, INc., Homesure Services, Inc. Homesure of America inc.. All of these compaines are owned and operated by the same mother company and the president is Shandra C. Finn. This home warranty is horrible they sell you this warranty that only covers small repairs that are covered with the detuctible price of your warranty. They never come out of pocket to replace anything or make major repairs.
The whole sales pitch is repair or replace no worries we have you covered. Wrong when it comes to that they start by telling you that only mechanical failures are covered, however if that mechanical failure causes something to break that is not covered they cover nothing and you are left still with paying the deductible. I thought a deductible was only as stated for the repair or replacement of the item, wrong. Better off putting money into a repair fund at a bank.
