Must search both resmac and resamac,inc to review complete history of all the negative posts from consumers and ex employees. It happened to me - nothing but a waste of time. Unless you are able to walk in to a physical office - I would not bother with a loan application. Be prepared for delays, excuses, and changes in the 11th hour!!!
They definitely have many negative posting/history dealing with borrowers and employees. Other sites I saw them on merchant circle, and reviews talk.
