Please don't waist your breath. (1) If your company founders and fellow employess have a felony, use special avaitars, can not post their picture and or their profiles openly to the public (2) two attorneys that joined your special scam club M.F. Haffar & Assoicates: disbarred  6-21-2012, Luann Marie Kelly disbarred 6-16-2012 and (3)your constantly saying everyone is a  liar, and your are also involved in a on-going lawsuit (hold your breath TWO MORE Lawsuits will be your next list of things to do) No it is not funny I have proof all those great emails you sent or replied to.....I have hard copies of all those emails you sent-the lies, more lies and for being a current client you offered me $ 400.00 to get the REST REPORT, two months passed no negoiations, no offers from our lenders - no surprise since you never did anything to get an offer on the modification, but Noel Trjio offered the REST REPORT for $600.00 Nov 22,2010, 15 days prior to my home being sold (man I guess its hard to keep lies stright) gosh $3500.00 wasn't enough. You just had to keep finding more ways to keep all those lies appear to be factual .Just like your prior remarks, it appears truthful. However other than you unchanging words a program designed to scam made by a scamer what facts do you have that can be traced to an honest earned job that left somone happy other than your wallet--   Let me give your a little insite to my new hobbie: I furnish free hard copies of your lies,proof of payment I paid to be scammed, proof of leagle advised you gave us which is not leagle ,proof you and or REST REPORT MATTERS.INC and co-scammers, Erick Sandstrom a title he typed : Underwritter/Licensend Real Estate Professional. Which he now claims he is not licensed

As an independent representative of Real Estate Services and Technology's Mandelman Matters RESTReportMatters.com,  I welcome the opportunity to address your public complaint.

I am certain REST Report Matters did not take your money and not give you something in return, such as our Loan Disposition Analysis Report, commonly referred to as The REST Report Matters.

If you can contact me with the proof that you paid REST Report Matters and I cannot prove you or Haffar and Associates received your unique loan disposition analysis, then I will refund you what you paid to REST Report Matters, but not what you may have paid Haffar and Associates since I am not and never have been Haffar and Associates, but I was his office manger for operations until August 2010.

I was an employee of that firm for almost two years as a full time independent contractor who was under paid by over $90,000 and have the documentation to prove it.

I personally contacted Alma Cueto at the California Bar Association [email protected] (213) 765-1154 about Mr. Haffar's abandonment of client files and his abandonment of his duties as an attorney.

My attorney of record and employer, Mohamad Haffar, was disbarred from practicing law but him and his wife, Maya Haffar are still working in real estate now as licensed agent (maya) and broker (mohamad) in good standing since 2005.

I think that Mr. Haffar obviously did a lot of wrong to the people he abandoned (see the class action law suit against him and his firm) and you seem to be one of them, and I am sorry for that, but I cannot control the actions of another person or corporation.

I believe, after working closely with Mr. David Cameron Carr, http://www.ethics-lawyer.com/ on several state bar complaints, that I was not the reason why you lost your home, your $3,500 and the $400 and/or $600 you paid Haffar & Associates.

I don't see a complaint on here about your mortgage servicer but i am sure they were responsible for the foreclosure, not Haffar.  

Haffar may have been negligent in handling your case, but the servicer decided to foreclose.

By February of 2011, Mr. Haffar, after getting married in Syria, shut his practice down because of financial reasons and then was disbarred earlier this year after settling with the State Bar.

You can apply for the victim's restitution fund at the State Bar if you haven't already.

RESTReportMatters.com was founded by Michael Nazarinia and Charles Everette Rose Charlie Rose in August of 2010 to help Haffar and Associates clients to run analytic software using a consumer use version of the Treasury's HAMP formulas as Haffar stopped taking on new cases in September of 2010. 

This was done after months of working and testing with Martin Andelman of Mandleman Matters and Mohamad Haffar of Haffar and Associates as well as David Wenzel Smith of California who will verify these facts as he was the first test subject.

I agree, Mr. Haffar and Charles Everette Rose aka Charlie Rose have both been defaulted out of that case and will take the court's judgement and are no longer defending themselves.

Here are my references if you doubt my sincerity and offer, as I have been victimized by Haffar's neglect as well, and I am sympathetic to all of his former clients.

I already provide the relevant authorities with over 14,000 documented messages that Haffar's independently owned answering service took for the firm from clients such as yourself.

They already have all of the corporate emails.
