I signed up for their "Trial Period" of 14 days ( they charged $1.95 for that) and used the service that evening for a short while. I did not log on to their site again, did not use any other services. I saw on my bank account a charge for $39.95, and immediately went to the site to let them know that I did not want the service, told the customer service rep that I have not used the service and would like it to e cancelled and to be refunded back the $39.95, that I did not want the service. She stated that there are no refunds, even though they could clearly see that i have not used the service since the iniitial day I signed up for the trial. This is so unethical, not a fair practice to do to people, and clearly I am not the only victim in this as you can see from multiple compaints through the BBB, Yelp and many other sites. I want a refund of my $39.95 that I did not request to be charged!
