ResumeMyCareer.com RESUME SERVICE - BEWARE, THEY ARE A RIPOFF, FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Internet
This company was a real ripoff. First of all, they didn't provide all the services I paid for.
Secondly, they say they are BBB A+ rated - if you look at the BBB wesite, you'll see that their rating has been completely revoked due to too many complaints.
When I contacted them, I got one call and the person was very rude and arrogant (not what you expect from a "customer-service" oriented business).
All they did was take my resume, upload it into some software and spit what was nice bullet points to one long sentence for each job (no breaks, no bullet points). It looked and read horribly. They added a little extra "fluff" to the description and a included a very verbose, horribly written cover letter. I couldn't even use what they sent - it was pathetic!!!
I paid them for follow-up services, supposed posting of resume, etc... Once they sent my resume and took my money that was the last I ever heard from them. I questioned a few things they did to my resume and they NEVER got back to me despite numerous tries.
DON'T USE THEM - IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME & MONEY!!!!!!!!!
