Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased the 99 cent free trial. There terms and conditions states, "The Free Trial Period is calculated in calendar days, not business days". I ordered on the third of August which means my 15 day free trial ended on the 17th. I did not receive the product until the 14th. I called on the 17th and canceled the order.

The company billed me on the 17th violating there own terms and conditions. I cant tell you what a hassle it is trying to talk to there customer service department, and my bank. I have a friend who was a Financial Crimes Detective for LAPD and he said it was a fraud, or at minimum a violation of ethics in selling.

I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank and the local Sheriffs department. It is doubtful that anything will really be done about it by the police. But the Florida Attorneys General office has an open case regarding this company with over 3000 complaints. So I filled an on line complaint form with them and I encourage everyone to do the same.

On there web page they have an interview with Barbara Walters. Sh is interviewing the Professor that discovered the product. I wrote an email to him and received this response from his assistance,

My name is Susan DeStefano and I work with Professor David Sinclair.   Professor Sinclair has asked me to let you know that he has received your email and truly empathizes with your situation.  This company is using Professor Sinclairs work/name without his permission.  Interestingly, there is a story in the New York Times today entitled, With Resveratrol, Buyers Beware (by Sarah Arnqust.

Please note, Professor Sinclair is not involved with commercial products nor does he research them.  He has no idea what is real and isnt real on the website-what might work and what doesnt.

Thank you for your understanding.
Susan

This is not the only company that is capitalizing on this product.
What I have found is that most of them and in this deceptive/Fraudulent selling of this product. I encourage anyone that reads this to report/file the on line complaint form from the FL. Attorney General. You can reach them here, http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Attorney_General
