I don't know what worked, but I got the gift card today, 7/30/12.
I had sent them an email telling them I put this on Ripoff Report.
And the Trenton, NJ, BBB sent them the complaint on 7/24.
My card was sent out on 7/27/12.
All I can say, is, keep trying!

There are many of us in the same situation. I have been waiting 6 months for my gift card, and all my emails to RewardPort have been ignored. I also contacted the BBB almost 2 months ago0, and they seem to not want to get involved. My suggestion is for everyone who is having the same issue, contact the New Jersey Attorney General's office to report them. They have a form that you can download to file a complaint. The link is :

I also filed a complaint with the Trenton, NJ, BBB.org. And it seems I'm not the first to do so.
