Reyes RV Rental is a scam operation posing as a respectable business. I rented an RV from the company and nothing in the RV worked. After a day of being stuck with a broken down, useless, raggedy RV, they finally sent someone to repair it. I dropped the RV off at their office in Canoga Park after business hours like the owners told me to..Big mistake..Because the next day, the owner Dave called me up a said there was $5000 worth of damage to the RV that I'm responsible for. I looked at some of the yelp reviews for Reyes RV, and they pulled this same scam on other customers.
Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT rent an RV from Reyes the Rip Off RV Rental shop. You will regret it.

As one of the owners of Reyes RV Rentals, I would like to tell our side of the story to those of you who are reading Mr. Show's slanderous review.
Mr. Show rented a motorhome from our company for his film production. When Mr. Show booked the motorhome he told our rental manager David that he had experience driving a 40' Class A diesel pusher motorhome and that he had also previously driven tour buses and trucks. However, when he arrived to pickup the motorhome, he told me he was not familiar with air brakes. Red Flag #1. Mr. Show also asked me if a diesel pusher took regular gas. Red Flag #2.
Mr. Show was given a thorough orientation of the motorhome and its operational systems which were all in perfect operating order. However, when Mr. Show took the motorhome home, he could not figure out how to operate the motorhome. Since Mr. Show was close by, we sent an RV Tech to Mr. Show's location to AGAIN show him how to operate the motorhome.
When Mr. Show returned the motorhome to our location after the rental, he hit a palm tree pulling into our driveway which destroyed both awnings on the passenger side of the motorhome and put very deep scratches into the fiberglass. Not only do we have surveillance footage of the accident but we also have two independent eye witnesses that were in the parking lot next door who saw the accident.
Mr. Show denied hitting the Palm tree and told David that "he knew we were going to pull something like this." Mr. Show provided us with an insurance binder that we later found out was not valid. Unfortunately, the cost to repair both awnings and the deep scratches into the fiberglass is expensive and Mr. Show is not happy about having to pay for the damage he caused to our motorhome.
