Bogus charges were added to final invoice to make up form my not wanting Ozone treatment. At no time during the almost 2 weeks did Reynolds ever mention extra labor charge.
When Reynolds needed more paint she wouldn't buy it until I agreed the cost would be added to final invoice. Why is cost of paint different from an added labor charge?
There is also a charge for removing blinds, didn't the blinds have to be removed to clean and paint. The blinds were up when estimate was done.
The worst part of Reynolds inflated invoice is the refusal to explain added charges such as breakdown of labor and parts.
Reynolds ignored my questions about the invoice and went to a collection agency.
Also Reynolds has a Facebook page where it is stated that she is a licensed, bonded and insured contractor. There is no contractors license associated with Reynolds Professional Cleaning Service. The number on her estimate invoice is for tax.
