RH Lending R H Lending Mortgage finance Colleyville Texas
We purchased our home in June of 2014. I was notified in October that we where one of 60 people that when RH Lending was bought out in June our loan was not purchsed by FHA. Although all of our docs say we have an FHA. So I was told that our FHA loan that we have to have the Mortgage protection insurance on, does not have MPI because it was not bought by FHA. I was also told by RH Lending that we had to refi to have everything corrected, and was reffered to one guy from another company named Mike. He sent me corisponding emails between him and RH Lending about somone elses loan that had the same thing happen to them to show me that this is what was really happening.
I have called FHA and HUD and they can not verify anything, what I was told on the phone. So all of the moneys that we spent at closing around $4600.00 is just hanging out somewhere and the money we have to pay on this every month. No one can tell me where the money that is being paid every month is going. It is apart of our payment and I just got an email back from the mortgage comapny this morning in response to my questions. Mind you I sent the orignal email in January of 2015, and it has taken them 5 months to send me an email saying, they over looked my orginal email and they are sorry.... I need help with this and Never use RH Lending for anything!!!
