Arrested for Felony Scheme to Defraud. His last arrest for Fraud resulted in a reduced charge to a misdemeanor and one year probation. If you have been a victim of his you need to contact the Pinellas County DA's office and let them know your story. The state of Florida needs to connect the dots and realize he is a habitual criminal that knows nothing else but how to scam and rip hard working people off. He needs to be locked up so he can't ruin peoples lives any more than he already has!

Those of you that have never received compensation for the money he took from you need to know he has been arrested again for felony fraud.

I work from a company that has falling victim to Mr. Ric Fleming also. We hired him to do our web site. Paid him in advance and then like everyone else he comes in contact with. He runs off with the money.

I am trying to find any information about him that i can so that we can stop him from scamming someone else. The local police say that we need more information on this person. Like date of birth, driver license number, anything.

I made the horrible mistake of befriending this individual app. 25 years ago in High Point, NC. If he is the same Ric Fleming, (at that time, he was very muscular, black hair, glasses, well dressed, Phillipino, drove expensive cars), he was an "independent" insurance agent who scammed elderly people into giving him their insurance premium payments, keeping the money, and never updating their policies. When he started feeling the heat, he left town and went to Georgia where he got his BMW repossessed, and then left for Florida. I still have nightmares about seeing him.

if you just search for "Fleming" or "Fleming, Ric" on here you'll see that there are many posts about this man ripping people off. I personally have a compiled list of approximately 17 other people as well that contacted me through this website from a year ago. Mr. Fleming is finding out that what little he has is being taken from him. God gives, and God allows it to be taken away by our actions. I've seen it happen too many times. We reap what we sow. Ric if you read this. I forgive you. You'll have a much more fierce judge to face than any man on this earth. Repent before it's too late. Get right with God!
