I rented an apartment from Richard Moody in Long Beach. He lost in it foreclosure and never paid me my deposit back. I have emails from him saying he will pay and never does. What he did was illegal. I know he rents to others and also puts ads for his properties on Craigs List among other places. Just a note of caution to all that rent from him that currently have money held as a deposit or people considering renting from this jackass. I am suing him on Monday.
