Richard Morin Luxury Cars San Antonio /morin Properties he took $6000 from me day after my mothers funeral! San Antonio Texas
i answered a ad in express newspaper for a car i wanted to buy the day after my mothers funeral. i had 6000 to my name. i had been taking care of my mom who had been fighting breast cancer the last year. i had not worked and wanted to buy a couple of cars i could sell and make a little money on.
richard answered my call when i called him inquiring about a corrvette. he offered to bring the car to me. he showed up without the car and offered to drive me to his carlot. i explained my losing my mom and desire to make some money as i needed a place to live as well. he explained to me his "wanted to help me" and "felt terrible about what i had been through" .
i didnt see the 2001 converable corvette at his lot but he told me he had just taken it to auction but we could go get it but he needed my money as a deposit in order to know i was serious! i left the cash and pilar bloodsworth (his "partner") gave me a reciept. we arrived at the auction and richard drop me off and told me to ask for the corvette. there was no 2001 converible corvette!
his was a 1991 corvette in very bad condition. i had no choice but to drive it back to his car lot where he told me he no longer had my deposit and i would have to wait until the next day. he has never paid. i had no place to live no car and was dealing with my mothers death! i contacted better business bureau and he admits owing me but lied about the corvette.
i called the police, da and anyone who i thought would help. he offered to put me in one of his "morin properties " to "help me out" for 3 months . i had no choice but to do it. he literally had 2 men walk in my house and threaten my daughter who was the only one home and proceeded to put my things in the garage after i began asking for my money again! i called the police who told me to sue him. i am staying with a friend. he kept alot of my belongings and has cost me everything! finacially and emotionally! he must be stopped!

AND even worse, |YOU DID NOT GET A RECEIPT!??????? Let me see if I got this right YOU RELIED ON THE WORD OF A USED CAR SALESMAN AND YOU GAVE HIM $6,000 CASH AND YOU DID NOT GET A RECEIPT??????????? FOR A 1991 DOGGED OUT CORVETTE??? Like you should have known what kind of MUSCLE or PERFORMANCE CAR YOU WRE GOING TO GET FOR $6,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dude, I could have got you a CADILLAC in pristine condition for $3,000 and you would have had $3,000 in your pocket. YOU HAVE NO MONEY, NO PROOF AND NO COMMON SENSE that you GAVE that dishonest piece of human ( EXPLETIVE DELETED) your money! Were you drunk or high when you did it? ANYBODY OVER 21 years old should know that you aren't getting a GREAT CORVETTE for that kind of money ---GREED overcame your natural caution. Haven't you ever read the Blue Book which tells you how much a used car is worth? Didn't you stop to THINK? No matter Who or what you blame THIS RIP OFF ON, THIS ONE IS ON YOU! I don't live that far from San Antonio, Texas myself and THIS GUY HAS ONE OF THE WORST REPUTATIONS IN THE USED CAR BUSINESS!
