Rick Kopp Assist 2 Sell Liar and cheat Chandler Arizona
Rickj kopp took the listing to sell our home. He stated that he was going to do many things for us in marketing the home. After he took the listing another agent showed our home to a couple. they asked if we would consider a contingency that they must first sell their home. We said no. They viewed the home one more time. they wrote us an offer 11K less than asking and it still had the contingency that they sell their home first. We outright rejected the offer as there was no sense moving forward as we were not even close to a deal. when I sent the rejection to Rick he blew up and wrote us a nasty email stating pretty much that I was an idiot and that our house wasn't that nice to start with. He said he would prefer we find another realtor. I told him to come get his signs and lockbox. He stated he would do that when he had the time and not in a hurry. When he came to get his lockbox he brought 4 police officers with him and said I threatened him. This man is extremely unprofessional, unethical and a liar. Please do not ever do business with him as he expects to do nothing and get a commission to sell your house. He thinks he is smarter than anyone and reminds you of that. He argues when you ask for something. He is totally worthless. Assist 2 Sell makes no attempts to sell their listings. they only want money to list your property. It is a big ripoff.

Richard (Rick) Kopp Assist 2 Sell broker, has been an intregal part of selling our home in a matter of days in such a difficult market when you think all the odds are against you. I believe and trust Richard negotiated everything in our best interest and was able to bring so many highlites to the buyer but without losing site of his clients...US.
When Richard speaks, people listen to him. He has a sincere quality of being precise in his communication and never hestitates when asked a complicated question. Do not hestitate to use him when you are buying or selling a home. Find out for yourself why he is so successful in what he does best and make your own decision and not based accusations or words falsely spoken.Basically Slander and Jealousy!

Rick Kopp has been our Broker with Assist 2 sell throughout the years and we have referred him to many friends that also believe in his Professionalism, Expertise, and Honesty in the Realty business. Rambo's attempts to slander Mr. Kopp are so far from the truth . It seems obvious that Rambo has no idea what he is talking about and seems to have personal issues. The only statement I agree with in Rambos allegations is: Yes, Rick Kopp is very smart and very direct in his approach because he understands the market place and is totally up front and honest with his clients because he cares and does what is best for them. It is wrong for Rambo to make remarks and spread lies and rumors concerning Rick's character.
Thank you for the opportunity for this rebuttal for Mr. Rick Kopp and defending his honor from people that actually know him and trust him through experience.
