Ricky Reed Carol Reed are SLUMLORDS with a BLACK MOLD INFESTED HOUSE in Bynum, Texas
First of all, the house they have for rent/sale in bynum texas is FILLED with BLACK MOLD. they did not decide to inform us of this when we moved in, even though they knew i was pregnant. Then, they left us with no bathroom or kitchen, and I had to do my dishes in MY bathtub, where I would be bathing our son. They wanted us to do ALL the repair work needed in the house, and still pay the FULL rent.
Never would repair anything themselves. Rick would come over, put up one blind on one window and leave. Still not all of the windows are covered. They want their renters to pay to remodel the house they obviously don't want to sell... they are using us, the renters before us, and Im sure the ones after us, if we don't warn the public in time about them.
