I became disabled this year. And lost my job. I needed a deferment for a couple months, and they will not let me. Even though I havre another job now.
This is the worst place to ever get a loan! So UN-professional, and un apathetic. I wish I never got this car!
My Case Manager (lose term) "Pamela" hung up on me when I was trying to negotiate getting caught up. She nope, we do not help anyone over 30 days late.And she hung up??
I never missed a payment in 2 + years, and when I got sick, and couldn't make a payment, they charged me real bad!
They are opportunists, and completely a dysfunctional company!
I wish I saw the 50+ BAD posts about them on Google before financing this car. :(
They charged me to change payment date & They charge you too change your CC information when my card, and idenity was stolen.
