Rip2It.com - Adsenserealty.com Purchased many websites and they were not running by fourth day they promised with advertisement income to generate monthly Bloomington Indiana
This was an investment seminar that my son and I attended on April 5, 2008. We purchased many websites that were supposed to generate advertisement income. The owner, Sean Roach personally told us that we would have 50 websites up and running by the fourth day and that we would not have to do any work and they would start generating advertising income on the fourth day. I told Sean Roach that we had no time to work on any websites, that we just wanted to invest in these websites so generate lots of future income.
We paid $10,000 for their Tycoon program which promised that there was absolutely no work to be done. And we put this total amount on two of my son's credit cards.
The seminar was very fast and we were rushed into signing a contract with a 3 day cancellation clause. That was where we went wrong. We should never have signed a 3 day contract that promised us that at least the first 50 websites would be up and running on the fourth day.
We did not realize at all what we got into. I tried to get these websites up and running for two months. I also purchased about 30 domain names for about an additional $300. I could never get these files unzipped properly. I spent a tremendous amount of time trying to get these websites running but after two months of no results I realized that this company must be a total fraud and I did not want to work with these people any more. I then put in my cancellation.
I was in dispute with my son's credit card companies since June of this year but they are taking the side of this fraudulent company and telling us that we signed a contract and there was nothing else they could do to resolve the matter.
I need to know how many others have filed a complaint against this company so we can go back to the two credit card companies with proof of what a scam this company is.
We do not owe this company anything and we just want our credit to be reestablished. We would appreciate any help you can give to us. Thanks.

This complaint contains false and misleading information. 1. We do not tell anyone they will have 50 websites up in 4 days. (We do provide 50 websites upon purchase but do not make a commitment as to when they are live, it is up to the member, they have to put the websites up themselves) 2. We do not rush anyone into signing up for our program and we give all members instant access so they can see exactly what they are purchasing. 3. We worked with Miriam and her son for many, many hours on the phone to help get websites up and running, the person Miriam had working for did not follow instructions and only did part of the work. If we were fraudulent and a scam, I don't think the credit card company would side with us. We are a legitimate business with thousands of satisfied customers. Pat Lovell Rip2it 4607 E.
