It would be nice to believe you based on your word, but since there's no license for Rising Van Lines through the California Public Utitilities Commission required for moves within CA, nor is there an incorporation report for Rising Van Lines in the California Business Portal search, there is absolutely no proof that what you say is true, that you are not the same company as the other movers mentioned. There is just the "coincidence" that you are occupying their space and are using their phones. Please provide the legal name under which Rising Van Lines is incorporated, the CPUC license number, and the name of the president of Rising Van Lines, so that readers may verify that what you claim is true.

I have read the whole complaint and to my understanding Rising Van Lines has been mistaken for King Van Lines and or Moving Star. Rising Van Lines is not a part and is not associated with King Vanlines nor Moving Star. Rising Van Lines is a new company with new owners and the owners are not the same ones. We do not know who the owners of the other companies that we are mistaken for. We have moved into their warehouse and is leasing it. We are a legitimate company, fully licensed and bonded. We also have an active registration. Please do not mistaken us. For my reply about the shuttle fee, that is correct that we do not charge shuttle fees because we will drive our 24-foot truck up to Oregon and the Washington areas doing pickups and deliveries ourselves. We will charge a shuttle unless we can not get our 24-foot truck which we are able to get into almost any storage units and any residential or apartment building complex. We usually do not charge our customers unless we have to. Next, we will bring our loads back to our warehouse in Sacramento if a customer does not need a straight delivery and here we will then coordinate all of the deliveries and we do not charge on loading and unloading from our warehouse to the delivery truck whether our customer will take advantage of the 1 month free storage or not. That is included free of charge. We are quiet upset that we have been mistaken and we hope that this will clarify the bad reports and that is is OK to give new companies a chance to show you their service and what they are offering.
