Rite Way Auto Transport OWNER JEFF LASSEN JEFF LASSEN REFUSES TO PAY EMPLOYEES THEIR MONEY OWED AND STEALS INFO FROM CUSTOMERS coral springs, Florida
This is a warning for all who consider either working or doing business with Jeff Lassen ( a racist 27 yr old rich kid who inherited money from his parents) owner of rite way auto transport in coral springs Florida. As an ex employee I can tell you of the unbelievable horrors this kid is capable of. When you first meet Jeff (if he gives you his real name, he gives you fake names over the phone prior to the interview) he promises an opportunity to make great commissions with a guaranteed weekly pay of $300 which is paid out bi weekly and in between you are supposed to get your commissions......
well that's not the case, the truth is when it comes time to collect your money he tips toes around the reason why you haven't been paid what he owes you and promises you the week he will pay you...then fires you. He does not keep anyone longer then 3 months, I hope for who ever sake who reads this will not wait that long to catch on. Also I am sure customers who call in would love to know that majority of his employees are felonies who are taking their credit card info over the phone ( which they are not supposed to).
He hires these guys because he knows he can get away with not giving them their pay. Also he lies about who he is affiliated with, like reputable organization and agencies, he is not affiliated with anything military related, if you are in the military and you call thinking your going to get a discount forget it, he ends up charging you more then a non military customer. This was the case for sue(out of respect I will leave her name out) , she is in the military and called stating that fact and they said they were affiliated with Veterans yatta yatta yatta and they would give her a discount, little did she know they ended up charging her more then a regular customer, then took her money, and she called back to change the date,
Jeff got pissed and kept her money and never picked up her car...he even put racist notes in the computer calling her a black B**ch and she was nice the entire time!!!!! please look him up on BBB ( better business bureau) he has attempted to use their logo and is rated an F for that and many other reasons, you will see other complaints. And as for those great reviews you read on Google, he pays people and has employee's write and put them up...so don't fall for that....please go to transport reviews.com where you can see real reviews.Please don't become a victim like I did.

This person is the same person who put up the other review about me saying i run a scam. This is like telling Michael Jordan he doesnt know how to play basketball....
This mans claims are horrible and totally false...simply ask yourself...HOW CAN A MAN like this still be in business?? It would be impossible...
In fact i do the EXACT opposite of what this person says. As for my employees not working for more than 3 months... THAT IS FUNNY... i havent hired a new rep in over a year. 80% of my staff has been with RIte Way for over 3 years... Which tells you one thing!! The owner (me) knows how to treat people, runs a very good operation, and handles business.
This is almost a waste of my time to be on this mickey mouse site full of FALSE reviews and angry employees who coulnt HACK IT and lost their jobs. (which i ALWAYS pay what i owe)
I have NEVER not paid someone what was owed to them. EVER.
Bottom line is... everyone takes shots at those who are at the top. As for ME being racist... how would that be possible when my staff is multi cutural? NO WAY! i only see GREEN... NO OTHER COLOR
as for me being a KID who inherited money from my parents....I WISH!!! instead...i worked from 7 am-midnight a yera around the calendar to get this place where we are today... the last thing i am is spoon fed. Anyone who knows me or met me is well aware.
All i can say is GOOD LUCK in the future and next time you get a job...stop calling in sick twice a week and comming in late...you will last longer. Take care
