Ritzy Parties Christy Troxell

christy troxell of Ritzy Party / Ritzy Parties party partners

I met Christie at the LA cookie con last year and we hit it off after many oppertunites that were extended to her a friendship developed and we decided to work on an event together. Over this time I got to know her and witness first hand her lack of character when talking to people and about them. It was apparent that her attitude towards life and other was not in line with my own. We had begun working on a large scale event together but when we didn't see eye to eye on an issue. she stopped returning e-mails and phone calls and let things fall apart if you will. When we finally connected she stated she was not working with ot a contract. this was not a problem so we sent her a non compete non disclose agreement a pretty typical request. She found ever reason in the book not to sign it or explain the changes she wanted made. With so much on the line for myself bother personally and financially I agreed with her that she should not be involved with the event. she repeatedly said she did not want to working with out a contract and I repeatedly said i can not provide a contract or business plan with out a non compete ND agreement. This left us at an impass and I was under the impression we agreed to part ways. She was very hurtful and cost me a lot in time money and energy. She was unwilling to work with me or compromise.

as the days went on it came to my attention that she was actually upset about no longer being included in the event because she proceeded to call all parties vendors and associated and slander me. I have text messages and letter forwarded to me by literally everyone I was working with on this project. She stated we were using a NAME to secure sponsorship but yet she left this information on her own web site. we had removed it from ours. She set us up with that. Then she said that she didn't want her work in our magazine, yet continues up to this date of 10.3.15 to leave her pictures with our logo on her social media and she filled a rip off report stating that our events magazine etc are fake and produced on others coat tails yet still proudly displays her inclusion on her web site.

Christe Troxell told mutual parties that the event would fail without her and she has tied just about everything to be sure that would happen this is not the kind of person you want to work with its scary you never know what they are going to do next.

When she wasn't chosen as the winner at LA cookie Con she slandered the winners all over the internet and picked apart the rules created a dispute over who won and made it impossible for use to feature a winner this was a big red flag to how she operates, I can look back on that now and see its scary.

Bottom line is this is a case of a friendship gone bad it has nothing to do with business - this is being handled so unprofessionally when I get calls or and email forwarded to me that she sends trying to sabotage my company. I really cant reply cause there is nothing nice I can say and it just sounds like a mess. christy troxell you should concentrate on reality instead of tring to convince people to be your friend only to toss them when they have nothing left to give you or you have to see someone elses point of view - its your way or the high way for real.

I keep reflecting back to when you said that is someone gets on your bad side they better watch out - when we were at conference guess this is what its like on your bad side funny thing is its not that far from your good side.

You know how much work goes into a project to continue to try to sabotage someone business is lower than low you are acting like a disgruntled employee when you left on your own accord. We were working on this together and when you didn't want to sign the ND you quit and didn't even want to figure it out why when you got what you wanted wage war? It also seems crazy to take this domestic dispute and lie twist and contort to damage online.

I hope anyone reading this can see this is a ridiculous event you have cost me thousands with your lies and manipulations and why and for what. You told me people are riveted by what you have to say well, with these perceptions I guess for some it could be entertaining.

Christie Nieri Troxell of Ritzy Parties worst business partner ever

#2Author of original report

The sad fact of the matter is, Christie Nieri Troxell, that I wanted to hire you as a contractor to secure sponsors and to sell booths to vendors. Not to create contests, not to create contracts, not to do ANYTHING ELSE that popped into your head or the make work projects you came up with and then not followed through on. If you had sold or secured sponsors you would have been paid for your work. But wait, you did get a sponsor, the Girl Scouts, who backed out only days later. Other than that, you did not do ANYTHING that you were expected to do or even what you had promised to do. So, technically, you were not capable of bringing in anyone even after you campaigned so hard to show me how well you could sell.

I got your daughter a modelling job for an advertising campaign. And contributed to your successes. I did think that we were friends up until you started asking for financials for the event but were not willing to sign a non-disclosure before I handed the financials & plan over to you. At that point, I began to wonder what your motive was. You wanted to get an agreement for your work for the event but did not want to sign common business agreements for non-disclosure and non-compete. The friendship deteriorated when your motives were clear.

The only thing you have to go on here are a couple things or mis-steps I took years ago when my husband died. Anyone who knows me knows I love my work and that shows in the other 20 pages on google of positive reviews and associations.  And now you are lashing out on the Internet. Seriously, move on! This looks bad on both of us and if you don't believe that you should consider it. You keep saying the general population is below you so moving on should be easy. I remember you talking about how great you are, so you win. This is my last entry Christie you reap what you sow.

Side Note - this banter is ridiculous I also never hired your "firm"/you.  The 3 shoots you keep claiming that I contracted with you on are bogus. You had asked to be included in my book and I said okay because I thought that we were friends. You were claiming to be a good friend to me and laying it on thick. You styled a shoot, but I paid the photographer for her time and the photos.

You had proven to be a very negative person and one of such low character that I personally didn't want to be associated with you. I especially didn’t want to share one of my larger accomplishments with someone who so negative, biased and evil natured. So, I didn't include it in any publication and honestly I know 100% that you would have done the same thing. I have no regrets and feel sorry for you that you have to weave this lie like I hired you or contracted you or sought you out to do anything for me. Its simply not the case.

You accuse me of using false names or aliases but my name, my maiden name, and my company name, are all I use. You make hefty accusations for not having any facts.

Yes you filled a rip off report based on a "feeling" about me and my company. I did the same, this site is designed for small minded people who don't know how to solve problems as adults or pick up a phone and come to an agreement. I am sorry that this has turned into this online dispute. This is why this is my last rebuttal you can continue the insanity if you feel it necessary.

I wish the best with your work and your company Christie Nieri Troxell of Ritzy Parties

Desperate and pathetic attempt at retaliation

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, October 05, 2015

Firstly, please let it be known that Gemma Touchstone has never hired me or retained my services to design, plan or provide staffing for ANY party or special event, so any accusations against my firm are completely unfounded.  This report, is a personal attack created in retaliation against a ripoff report that I filed on Gemma Touchstone two days ago.  Gemma, to substantiate your claims that my company failed you somehow, please provide proof of payment or a contract to prove that you've used my services.

How exhausted you must be Gemma Touchstone, from having to constantly defend yourself against the people you've wronged, conned or scammed. How sad that you felt it necessary to write a retaliation report against my company, when the only one who lost as a result of our "friendship" was me.  You certainly weren't working to support my endeavors, you were trying to pirate my contacts, take my ideas, and use my time and effort for your own gain just like you've done to countless unsuspecting people before me who have trusted you as I did.

Your horrible reputation is strewn across the internet for all to see; I hardly needed to file a ripoff report against you and your "sometimes" magazine, I Love Party Style and your event, The Cake Expo.  Your sad attempts to fabricate words I "allegedly" spoke to you are a further testament to your pathetic and unethical methods.  I disassociated from you because as I found out about you and the way you operate and consume people and then spit them out, I was terrified to be categorized with you and your blackened reputation.  You've engaged in documented scams for years under too many aliases to count, Gemma Booker, Gemma Touchstone, GemmStone Events, GemmStone Productions, PartyStyle, Child Style, BrideStyle, The Cake Expo, PartyCon, as a seller on Etsy, who can even keep track?

You've wasted my time and resources, and the talents, trust and resources of my team, all who backed me in my efforts to provide images and creative input for your endeavors.  I didn't profit, you did.  I lost money, and you didn't.  In the end, that says it all.  Scam artist, con artist, your ripoff report against me means absolutely nothing, given the many, many reports on you over the last decade, but I do find it extremely amusing that you would attempt to damage my good name this way. Thanks for the giggle. ;)
