Roadrunner Travel Center - Phillips 66 adulterated gasoline, naphtha contaminated fuel, heavy oil contaminated diesel fuel, spent industrial solvent contaminated diesel fuel Ripoff Lemitar New Mexico
This Phillips 66 fuel retailer routinely sells adulterated motor fuel. Gasoline is "augmented" with the much cheaper naphtha (aka "slop") left over from the refining process. Diesel fuel is diluted with spent industrial solvents, then "heavied up" with heating oil.
Warning: Anyone using these fuels risks serious engine damage and violation of environmental regulations.

So we sometimes add a small (< 3k gallon of naptha) to a 15k tank. It doesn't matter. It's just as good a fuel as certified 86 octane. We pass NMDA weights and measures. Your car will run on this fuel and probably better with cleaner injectores and carburettor. I challenge anyone to contradict the above.
