("Plaintiff") have initiated an action in the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida, cause number CACE 16-15221, ("The Action"), due to allegedly false statements made by "Pablo" . In the action , Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC. for your identifying information to be sent to Robert A. Pascal, PA at 300 South Avenue of the Arts, Fort Lauderdale, Fl. 33312. On Ocotber 31, 2016, Plaintiff served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity. You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously. Plaintiff's Motion for Issuance of Subpoena to Third Party Excentric Ventures LLC. has been scheduled for Monday, September 26, 2016 before the Honorable Michael L. Gates, Circuit Court Judge. 2. That your posting "Robert Pascal pretends to care about you and your case until he gets your money. Then he stops returning your calls or meeting with you. I hired him to help me and he did a terrible job with my case. He filed all the wrong paperwork and got the judge mad. Because of Robert Pascal I got deported. He is the worst lawyer ever. He knows nothing about immigration law and just wants to get your money." is false and defamatory, and does not correspond to any case ever handled by this offfice.

I am Robert Albert Pascal and not to be confused with another local attorney named Pascal Robert.  The comments you make are defamatory and do not match any of my verified reviews regarding my work that can be found on AVVO.com

I suggest you locate any documentation you have any review it carefully.  I consider these false statements actionable and will be retaining legal counsel to seek redress of these false claims against me. If you have posted any such defamatory statements elsewhere I suggest you remove them immediately.
