Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Dr. Robert Schwartz may have been a good podiatrist, but that time has came and long passed.  I went to him about a year and a half ago as a result on my flat feet.  I have suffered with the effects of having flat feet all my life so I am very knowledgable of the process as I have seen and been treated by many podiatrist.  With the readily assessible information of the internet there is really no need for anyone to be ignorant of an ailment as you can find a lot of information to educate you.  I have been doing my research of the progression of the industry so I have a solid idea of what I need with the severity of my flat feet.

I went to Dr. Robert Schwartz hoping to receive treatment, a great pair of orthodicts.  What I receive was a flat piece of plastic.  You don't have to be a genius to know that is going to do absolutely nothing to help the pain I experience from having flat feet.  I complained about the othodicts and was told that they would re-construct.  I asked that an arch be built in the othodicts to correct (help) my flat feet.  The orthodicts took about two months to be redone.  When I went to get the orthodicts there was absolutely no change.  Dr. Robert Schwartz came into the room put the orthodict to my feet and then left out the room.  He told me that before I complain again I should just wear them for a while.  I did and as i suspected nothing had be done to the orthodicts becasue not only did I still feel pain, I developed blisters.  I asked for the arch to be lifted.  This was not done.  I have pictures to prove there has been no alterations.  I just stop wearing the orthodicts and resorted to wearing a $39 superfeet.

I paid Dr. Robert Schwartz close to $500 for these orthodicts so I wanted what I paid for or my money back.  He took the orthodicts and said he will have them fixed.  I even brought in videos to help move him along the progression in Podiatry medicine, and show him how other Podiatrist are treating flat feet patients.  This has bee close to two months now that I am waiting. I call and his rude receptionist says they will call me when they are ready.  I have called around to several different Podiatrist offices and they all say that new orthodicts should only take about a 30-45 days and re-ajustments no more that two weeks.

If you are under 59, I would suggest saying far away from this guy as he is better left treating old people who don't know any better. He is a nice man, just  outdated with the practice of Podiatry Medicine.
