Roberts auto center roberts auto care ripoff faulty repairs damaging untrustworthy liars waste of money and time FORT WAYNE Indiana
i had taken my car here for brakes and rotors, one day later they didnt tighten the calipers and the bolt came out damaging the bracket that holds the caliper. Talked to robert about it the owner, and he said hed go get it and fix it because it was undrivable. he dodged my phone calls and lied to me when he did answer how he would get it today, well 6 days later he stopped answering my calls and never fixed it, i had to take it to someone else. also contacted napa's regional headquarters and they are taking care of it for me, he cost me 7 days without a car an additional $80 and not to mention the time i wasted sitting for him to get there at his shop only for him to never show up. unproffesional scam artist, the shop was completely disgusting at the front where the customers came in with bee's and food on the floor. NEVER USE ROERTS AUTO CENTER IN FORT WAYNE INDIANA LOCATED AT 6801 OLD TRAIL ROAD!!!
