Apparently Robyn is not understanding the definition of ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED so I will tell those of you what the BBB actually classified this case as. According to their website, ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED means: The BBB determined that the complaint could not be satisfactorily settled using STANDARD METHODS of VOLUNTARY DISPUTE RESOLUTION This does not mean that the complainant filed false information, or that the BBB agreed with Robyn. This means that she would not resolve the issue with the complainant. I cannot believe that Robyn would mislead people into believing that the BBB would make such a discovery and get her outta this mess. It is obvious after viewing the link to the BBB, (hovering the mouse over the word ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED) that Robyn is as mentally insane as the other sites warn about. I think this lady is just really uneducated, or just plain dumb. To take a definition and switch it into your own meaning shows what type of person she really is. Now that she obviously does not realize what she has done by posting this lie, I hope to hear more from her, in response to this. Robyn, really, please pick up a dictionary and look up each word before you respond. By making the statement on this site in response to the original post, you have committed not only slander (actually, when written, it classifies as lible) but have raised a question of TRUST when this lady does take you to court. The judge will see this and not believe one word you say! You probably won't even show up in court because you are too ignorant and scared to show your face. You should refund ALL of this lady's money for the HE*% you are putting her through!!! GET MENTAL HELP!!! From your responses and the emails I read, you need it!!!!

Well, that makes for very interesting reading; however, the story is untrue. It's total nonsense. I've sent a demand letter to Robyn Noelle Jones and Robyn Jones dba Robyns Nesting For You, and if I do not have my money refunded within the allotted 15 days I will file suit. I had hoped to resolve this matter in a more cordial manner. I only had contact with Robyn Jones via email for one day requesting a refund and have not contacted her since then, as she blocked my email. Four or five days later, I did get a call from the Kyle PD letting me know that Robyn made claims of "email harrassment." I still did not contact Robyn Jones. I can't even get the officer on the phone to speak live, after leaving multiple messages for him. More than one week since the one day I requested to get a refund and had not contacted Robyn Jones again, she sent me a certified letter demanding that I stop my "hostile behavior" and harrassment. I have better things to do than try to find ways to contact someone who has basically stolen my money and blocked my email. From the first time I mentioned a refund, Robyn Jones tried to turn the situation around on me, like I was the one who had done something wrong. She continually threatens reporting to "the authorities" and her attorney. I not only was out the $280, but she refused to return my house key. I had to have my locks rekeyed. I am now being called by the Kyle Police Department. I will not be bullied by this woman. She did not perform the service that she advertised and that I hired her for, and I will not be intimidated by her threats of calling the authorities or whatever else. I will take this matter up in court, and I will do what I can to prevent this from happening to other innocent people who need housecleaning. Before my arrival to her home Ms. ---- contacted me to tell me not to worry about a deep cleaning of her home because she stated" I had to pack the U-haul and leave in a hurry so I'm sorry for the mess I left I need for you to clean that up and straighten and organize and just do a very light cleaning since I will be having people walking through my home being its listed for sale". I arrived finding packing peanuts thrown all over the entrance of her home(which I had to pick up by hand because you cannot use a vacuum to get these up as it will mess up the vacuum) and many rooms in disarray, I did ten loads of laundry, which included folding and hanging and putting away over the course of three days which she had contracted me to do at 5.00 per load which totals 50.00., the remainder of the balance included picking up the packing peanuts , organizing and straightening areas of her home,at $20.00 an hour which took two hours, Some of the cleaning I did was vacuuming rooms in her house approximately 4200 sq ft., 8 rooms downstairs, 8 rooms upstairs, totaling 16 rooms and mopping 4 rooms downstairs and two upstairs, which the floors were filthy. I Polished several pieces of large furniture, wiping counters, doing dishes by hand including sereral pots and pans and dryed and put these away these were ones that I was not able to place in her dishwasher, placing the remainder of the laundry into several hampers (4)after sorting it in her laundry room that I was not paid for in advance. There was additional work I was not paid for since she went out of town. Ms. --- never contacted me to tell me she was dissatisfied as she had been home for two days and I contacted her to confirm my return for other projects that I was to do and not paid for yet such as organizing her garage and the remainder of the laundry I wasn't paid for. This is also when Ms. --- wanted me to do a more detailed cleaning of her home as well, including her flooring since she had so much ground in dirt. When I asked Ms. --- if she was satisfied with my services she had two concerns; one, that I left a feather behind the leg of a chair.and she stated it didn't look like I had mopped her bathroom floor. I did a walk through before leaving her home and made sure there was nothing visible on the flooring. I was asked to do a light cleaning and this does not constitute moving furniture, doing windowsills baseboards, windows, molding around doors, removal of Hard water stains. I had discussed this with Ms. ---- previously and Ill reiterate again the She wanted me to do the baseboards, window sills and other detailed and heavy cleaning when she returned, this is another reason I was to come back. Since I did not do that and because she contacted me from out of town telling me to only do a light cleaning. which consists of polishing furniture putting all dishes away into dishwasher, vacuuming flooring and wiping down counters, and bathrooms. Ms. ----s home was not only in disarray it was extremely dirty and a light cleaning is not going to take care of the job. As you can clearly see of the 280.00 that Ms. Samford paid me only $25.00 was in remainder and I still went through all the rooms to clean for Ms. --- her approx 4200 sq ft home. Ms. --- has acknowledged to me in email that I did this work with her notebooks and organizing, straightening, laundry and other things as well. Since I completed the work, and Ms. --- refused to have me return and since then she continually harassed me, threatened me, slandered me and my business on CraigsList , and other Internet sites all with a very hostile and caustic attitude I have decided to severe all professional relations with this woman. I came home to a filthy home and dirty laundry. I?ve asked multiple times for a partial refund. I?m perfectly willing to pay for the work that she did with the notebooks, but not the ?deep cleaning? that was not done. I took some video footage of nasty crud on window sills, windows that were supposed to be cleaned, grungy bathroom sinks and floors and nasty dust bunnies and other stuff that gets on wood floors when you don?t sweep them for a week. Oh, and there?s that nasty orange mildew stain that you get in the shower when it?s not been cleaned. It shows up very well on video and pictures. She refuses to refund my money, and is accusing me of harassment just for asking for it. She says she has contacted her attorney and put me "on notice" not to contact her. She has offered to come clean my bathroom, but I don?t want her in my home after she has blatantly lied about the cleaning that she did. I do not trust her. She has blocked me from sending email. Oh, and it gets better. She says in her emails that she took pictures inside my home while I was away, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. She refuses to send me these photos. I have email correspondence with Robyn Jones that says exactly what she was supposed to do to clean my home. She claims that she, for instance, scrubbed my window sills with bleach. The video shows that nothing was scrubbed. She did not vacuum, did not wipe down one surface, did not sweep or clean one sink in any bathroom. I'm outraged about the pictures, plus being charged $280 for no cleaning whatsoever, and she will not return my money. I would appreciate any help. Thanks. In her ads, she posts the she is the Owner/Operator, but I'm not sure what the exact name of her "business" is.
