We find it hard to believe that it has come to this - having to file a report against this untrustworthy character, Rocky or Steve, or Sam, whatever his name is. Rocky's Home Repair was hired by us back in September 2015 to complete a bathroom remodeling job.
Four months later, he left more than two-thirds of the work he was contracted to do, unfinished, besides not purchasing any of the items we needed for the bathroom. The work he did complete was unsatisfactory. He asked for more than half of the money up-front, in addition to half of the money a shower glass door would cost, which up to now had not even ordered.
We are so disappointed and frustrated that he is able to live with himself knowing that he purposefully treats people in this manner for his own personal gain. One of his workers, in particular, that did some of our tile work, could not get in touch with him either, as he wanted to come and finish our tile work, although the responsibility of payment would have been on Rocky or Steve (whatever his name is).
Rocky was full of promises as well as full of lies. He has for sure taken advantage of us, and leaves us no option but to find our next course of action. He needs to be put out of business in order to prevent him from doing this to other hard working people. Please stay away from this chronological liar!
