Brian Yang this is to set the record straight. The XBOX 360 was picked up from my apartment and was tested by you to confirm all was working. You confirmed all was well and paid me the money and then left with the XBOX 360 in your hands without a box, you then proceeded to ride away on a bike.
5 days later you called me to tell me the unit did not work. When you bought it back for me to inspect it, it had a crack and dent that was not present when you initially picked it up. This means it was dropped or something fell on it. Something obviously happened to the unit that you didn't want to tell me about. I don’t really know why would you wait 5 days to contact me Brian?
Please explain how this is my fault? Would a retailer take the unit back if it was broken or cracked? You filed a report with a company that doesn't verify what happened, what does that tell you? I have sold multiple products on EBay, Craigslist, Poshmark, and I only have 4-5 star ratings. This is a clear attempt to ruin my creditability and reputation as a seller. It's really sad that you cannot hold you’re self-accountable for something that you did. All I am trying to do is sell products online and make an honest living.
