I obtained Roni Lynn Deutch's office to help with my IRS problems, well they turned out to be the problem. I seen their commercials about settle pennies on the dollar, well I owed close to $9000 with late fee's, I paid my $500 retainer fee I paid monthly $260.

I was told I had to pay the monthly fee for 10 months ($260 x 10 = $2600 plus my $500 retainer fee for $3100 to find out that my offer and compromise was going to be for $4500 that I have to pay $150 to file too... well now all of that adds up to a few dollars short of the $9000 I owe.

Now today I was told that they are dropping my case, because I was 2-3 late on a payment that I send western union. Scott in their accounting department must have worked for the IRS before by the way he calls and trys to get money from you that you already paid. I have never spoken to such a rude person that called my house one day at 6am to collect monies that I paid already. Well they can drop my case and I will not pay them a dime more.

I got no help and will end up paying more now. I actually spoke to the IRS and they were willing to work with me on this situation. I should have just dealt with them from the beginnning. I will let everyone I know that has any issue to call the IRS directly you will save bunches of money... this was a total joke of a law firm to work with.

I got letters for the 1st to months from them and now I haven't heard a word from them in 2 months... I can't believe I actually got scramed by a lawyers office.

I have heard/seen complaints and have not thought of what the ramifications of a client telling the I.R.S. about the situation and resolving it that way could do. Now Scott "The Snott" is another issue, he suffers from "No Family-Napoleon" Complex, he thinks Roni wants him to use scare tactics to keep clients in line, yet it is merly a vehicle to be the a*****e he has been since he was a tyke. He is the kind of person who takes pleasure in pulling the wings off of a butterfly, so what do you think he would do to a person who means NOTHING more to him than a paycheck? He even gets a bonus(paid under the table) for collecting above a percentage! And he ALWAYS sets out to that task everyone else be damned!!! James, you not only got "Scramed", you got SCAMMED, taken advantage of from a system that is unable to handle the workload it creates, and the only thing that can come out of a system like that?????...........is a Rip Off. they even went to another website that exposes "Bad Dealings" and wrote a positive not about themselves and frequently have "Potential" clients go there and look up their rivals who have tons of stuff written about them, and use that as a sales tool against everyone who inquires about their services. Help people JERK-OFFS and you will get better satisfaction than you will by trying to find out who the people are that come on here to tell the truth, which you dumb asses thinks is ruining your business! It's not the folks that expose you for what you are doing, it's the clients who come to you for help. A L.L.M. does NOT make you the best and the smartest person on the planet to help someone, yet it does give you a responsibility to the people who believe in your Bullshyt!!! Stop worrying about the people you gave your "Business Decision" talk to and worry about the people who PAID YOU!!! You have screwed SO many people both client and employee alike that you have a judgement day coming, when and where...only God knows for sure, but rest assured it is coming. BTW Scott, on a final note, stop sounding like a retard....the word is pronounced CLAIRify, not CLEARify, I have wanted to tell you that for years now, but I did not want to hurt your cry baby feelings, and you don't have to give long boring "Toasts" to how great Roni is everytime you get a little glimpse of her a*s when the company gathers for a function and there is a quiet moment, sheesh, you are full of crap, brown-noser.

If you did not tell the IRS about this attorney's office and the "agreement" you had with them, you need to do so. In fact, you should copy all correspondence from them, along with copies of all of your payments to them. After all, after everything I have read about this attorney's office, you do want to make certain they pay their fair share of income tax.
