This is probably one of the .1% of the customers out there. This is the part that they don't tell you...Customer bought and had the item delivered 90 days ago. Then they wanted to return the item because they purchased the wrong size. According to the manufacturer, 9 times out of 10, that is the issue. Anyway, we have a very clear 30 day return policy. The customer agrees to it at the time of purchase. Same policy as Amazon.com. Pretty straight forward. We have gone as much as 60 days after delivery to be fair with people. This one was 90 days with an attitude to go with it. Not real likely to help when they were making everything including the cloudy day outside our fault.
The customer was told it was too late to return the item. They told us they got the item right down the street at their local store...then why did you order online and pay shipping...?
We believe in personal responsibility...if you have some, you will love doing business with us...if you always want to make it someone elses fault, you won't like it much.
By the way, we are a completely American company, based in Indianapolis. Spanish Bay is a golf course in California. LOL
