My experience with Rooms 2 Go Internet Sales has been horrible.  No one seems to know anything about customers service,  sure you get a handful of the standard "oh I'm sorry to hear that", but know one really fixes the issue. I ordered a gift card as a wedding gift for my friends, order was placed March 6th 2014. I waited two weeks nothing, I then called and was told my billing address needed to be verified with the finance company G.E.Capital and that they would do that right away and send the card out immediately.

I waited another week, nothing. I then call again and was told it was mailed and according to them was delivered.  When we compared addresses they did not have the correct one. So then what was the point in verifying address with the finance company?  So I call the finance company and verify they have correct address and of course they do. I'm already being charged for a $600 gift card I purchased as a wedding gift, which I should mention has already passed and of course the sale that Rooms 2 Go was having on a dining set the couple wanted is no

longer on sale. So I'm stuck paying for something I don't have and all I get from the representatives from Rooms 2 Go is I'll check on it and call you back, my next step is to contact the finance company and dispute the charge. This is ridiculous that they can't get their act together and that someone wouldn't have initiated a call in the first place to advise there was a hold up on the delivery. Will never purchase from this company again or recommend them to anyone.
