Roto Rooter failure to recap sewer New York New York
roto rottor came to my home on my request cuase basement was flooded. Roto Rottor cleaned sewer and forgot to recap the sewer.
on labor day week-end i was away and we had heavy rain, and the sewer water came up filled with dirt and who knows what, my basement was a disaster. I called roto rottor again, when the service man came he said that the cap flew off cause of the heavey rain, which is not true the cap was never put back on the cap was sitting right next to the sewer. The service man just said "you need a new cap" put it on and left never even cleaned the sewer. My walls and other items were damaged by the dirt and water.
I called Roto Rottor and they sent a supervisor to my home to check damages,It's been 3 weeks i call 2-3 times a week and leave message but one returns my call.I spoke to tony, he said he was a supervisor, he is at 718479-6100 ext. 122
today my basement again flooded I called Roto Rottor, they said they would sent someone out in 2 hours a few mintues later my son gets a call since i'm at work, and the service man told him he was coming out again, that i should call the city. i am still under warrenty with roto rottor.
