The Charity that I work for purchased a list from route72.com for $1200 the list was guaranteed to be continuously cleaned, very accurate and all opt-in and to include eMail, name, postal address and the IP address. The list that was sent via email was EMPTY and the bonus lists that were donated to our charity all had bogus information... Of a random sampling of 20 names from the list NONE had complete accurate information. Some had names like "xxx", "123" and "don't care", no correct phone numbers, IP addresses or matching postal address. When the company was contacted regarding the inaccurate and missing data we were told sorry you get what you pay for. We requested correction and cleaning of the list and our CEO was told to go to he!! by the owner of Route72.com Jim Alameda. The charge was disputed with American Express and then Route72.com produced a fake contract as well as bogus delivery info. To view delivery info go to http://www.usps.com and track the item ED234548468US and you will see that the package was sent to New Jersey and not Nevada. The charge is still in dispute. My recommendation is that no one ever do business with route72.com or any company that Jim Alameda has any thing to do with. Any company or individual that takes advantage of a charity is as low as you can go.

Do yourself a favor and read all the posts to determine for yourself who is lying. As of June 29, 2009 The Cancer Research Foundation has not received a refund of any kind and continues to receive abuse and threats from James Alamia. Our platform is white-listed and proven reputable within the Internet Marketing community. Our data records are accurate and up to date and we do replace all bounces guaranteed. We are part of the Better Business Bureau and run a very niche service while handling all clients professionally, ethically and with respect. Mr Ferrara was not happy with his data purchase and we did everything possible to satisfy him including a refund. In our opinion Mr. Ferrara is a very angry person who is not doing well. Mr. Ferrara has been harrassing both myself and my employees for over 2 years. It is very frustrating dealing with someone who is not professional on the telephone. We understand that recently Mr. Ferrara used an employee from his organization known as Charity Mall in Arizona to stem another complaint about us. The complaint is from Michelle Langley of Arizona from Mr. Ferrara's organization.
