Royal Transportation Moving & Storage SCAM!!! Valley Village California
My husband and I chose this moving company to move our stuff from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Binding contract for inventory of a 2 bedroom was for the price of $1325.00 and this was the price estimated for inventory we have, on the day of the move the company's workers and contractor was giving us too many different prices and when we calles the contact person we have for the company and her name is Sharon, she can't explain to us how the price went from$ 1325 to $2500. We chose this company because it was what we thought was affordable, on the dayof the delivery the driver wants to charge us $100 more for storage, when on the contract it was supposedly free for 30 days and company policy says can transport your belonings to a storage facility if needed without additional cost within 10miles of delivery address. This company charge us more than what the binding contract says and the sales rep and Manager Lisa was rude and hangup on my husband and I a few times during our conversation. When I called and ask for the Owner or Operation Manager the Supervisor and Sales Rep says "goodluck with that then hangup". Pls somebody needs to check this business as they do false quotes prices and false information.
