Royalty Cream Serium Eye Serium False advertisement California Nationwide
I ordered the "trial sample" of the royalty cream serium and the eye serium. I knew I had 14 days to continue with my account or I could cancel. I ordered the product on 2/12/17. I received the products on 2/17/17. I did not see a noticable change so I was going to cancel my membership. much to my surprise, my account was charged the full price $184.90 on 2/27/17. I called to complain and was told that the 14 day trial starts the day you order it. I had 10 days to use the product. How can they start the 14 day trial on the day you order? Such a rip-off.
