Run away, do not walk - better yet, don't even go there.
Within 30 days of purchasing a car from these scam artists, the car died. Paid 300 to have it towed to their facility to get a "new" catalytic converter. When car died again I took it to 2 different REAL mechanics who told me - the catalytic converter in the car was the ORIGINAL. Since the purchase 8 months ago it has been operable for 2 months. Since purchase I have replaced catalytic converter and knock sensor, THEY put in a new coil pack and alternator, the car now needs a new transmission. We have been able to put only 1700 miles on the car since purchase (300 of them were done by them for "test drives" - to where? Rhode Island???
Every month I make a payment to my financing company on a car that has been inoperable 97% of the time since I have owned it. They were quick to point out that they have no obligation under CT law but were "doing me a favor" by doing any repairs at all (which ultimately weren't done anyway). I can't sell it in this condition.
Buy at your own risk.

I have hardly remained annonymous. Your saying that you do not know who I am makes you look even worse. How many other people have had to car come back for repairs that you did "out of the goodness of your heart"? How many others have required a new catalytic converter, a new alternator, a new coil pack? I have offered to sell the car back to you for what I owe on it which means you would make a $3,000 profit. You yelled at me over the phone "WE DON'T DO THAT!!". So much for standing behind your product. If you truly believed this car was not a mechanical disaster, why wouldn't you take it back while still making a profit?
Your image is still tarnished regardless of your attempt to make it look like it's my fault and I haven't given you a chance.
Ridiculous.

Dear Annanomous,
I am terribly sorry that you didn't have a 5 star experience with us. But I am baffled that instead of coming to our shop to resolve this issue you decided to file this report online annanomously. We have been in business for a long time and we respect and value our customers greatly. If you have any issues we would like the opportunity to try to resolve them. But we are unable to do this through an annanomous complaint. We are not ones to shy away from our responsibilities so please if you would like to leave your name and number we would like to try to make you happy.
