This organization is not licensed by the NYS Department of Agriculture & Market/Division of Animal Industry and as a result is unlicensed. This means that they are not subject to inspection and compliance. A representative at the NYSDAM informed me that they have deep concerns about the practices of this organization and concerns about the health of the animals that are transported to its facilities.

I've peridoically volunteered for this rescue and several others in NY. You are quite out of your mind and beyond ignorant. Where is it you think dogs and puppies at an animal rescue come from, a magic hat?
Narrow minded and thoughtless people such as yourself, who are too intoxicated with their own ego because they didn't get the dog they wanted should not be allowed to interface to people who save lives. You are quite disgusting and my only hope is that those such as you are not actual parents and teaching children to behave in such a low-life manner.
If rescue organizations did not pull dogs out of kill shelters, mills and other situations, THEY WOULD BE DEAD.
If you want a NON-PROFITS status or proof of existance, GO TO THE IRS WEBSITE AND LOOK THEM UP DIMWIT.
ANYONE WITH HALF A BRAIN KNOWS THAT.
Poor little human, all hurt because you did not get what you wanted.
