This company supposedly manufactures camera systems and sells them to different markets.  I was trying to purchase one of their very popular systems which they feature on their websites with pictures and all.



The sales person took all of my information and indicated she was "placing my order".  This included taking my debit card information.  At the end of the call she tells me that before she can ship my order, she needs to send me an "invoice" and have it signed and returned to her.  Obviously I was frustrated because she already had my debit card information so I didn't understand the purpose, but I agreed.



When I opened the attachment in the email to print it, everything became clear.  My item, which is one of their standard camera systems on all their sites, was labeled "special build".  That was confusing and odd because we asked for and ordered absolutely nothing special, just wanted the same system they were featuring.



So then I notice in much smaller wording, a box on the bottom right corner of the page.  When I got my reading glasses to read it, finally I understood what was happening.  The "return" policy is what they wanted to have my signature for.  Basically, even if I was sent a camera system that wouldn't function, wouldn't turn on, or was in 1000 pieces upon arrival, there was absolutely no return because it was "special build".  No return and they keep my money regardless of what they send me.



I told them I wasn't comfortable with that policy and was told it was not-negotiable.  So you should only give them your debit card information if you are completely comfortable with the "return" policy which they don't tell you about until after they have your card.  Ripoff

This report was filed by a person who is not, nor has ever been, a customer of ours. As you read our response, you will learn that this is not a valid report.

Every company has different policies regarding returns and special build equipment.  All of our wireless equipment is special build because we build the equipment only after an order is placed.  Nothing sits on the shelf for months.  We make different frequencies and power outputs, and offer encryption on several of them, so each order is a special build.  A lot of time and engineering goes into that equipment. 

Wireless in particular works very well in certain areas.  Not at all in other areas.  That is why there are several disclaimers on our web pages for our wireless equipment noting that the signal is accessible only if the signal is sent line of sight. A lot of potential customers think that means it can still shoot through trees or walls or over hills.  This is not the case.

All of our wireless equipment comes with a full one year warranty.  If the equipment were to show up damaged, it is fully ensured for the value of the equipment and we file all of the claim paperwork for you.  If it shows up DOA or stops working for any reason an RMA is issued and the equipment is repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. 

This woman is not, nor ever has been a customer, and the order was never processed. The credit card given was never charged. She didn't agree to the terms and conditions of purchasing the wireless equipment so we were unable to process the order for her.  Her information was destroyed and was never in any danger of being used. 

We have been in business for 17 years and have never mistreated a customer.   In fact, we go to great lengths to make sure every customer is pleased, even if we must lose money to make that happen.

No rip off occurred.This person is not even a customer.  She never bought from us.  Her card was never charged.

Just because she didn't agree with the return policy of this particular item doesn't mean it is a rip off, nor does it necessitate trying to damage our reputation that we have built for almost 2 decades. 

We manufacture good quality equipment that is backed by a warranty to match.  Our website lists testimonials from hundreds of customers, including Fortune 500 companies, Government, Military, Border Patrol, Schools, Universities and thousands of businesses worldwide. Our customers are happy with our products and the fantastic customer service they receive. We even put our customer lists right on our website.

This report is not deserved, and keep in mind the person who filed it is not, nor ever has been a customer.
