This company is a total rip off. If you have a dispute with another company do not expect them to fight for you. I had a dispute with Dell (which is another rip off) to file . I had tried to resolve it with Dell first to no avail so logically I went to my "financial institution" for help.

First, I ordered a laptop throught Dell on 5-8-09. Dell did not inform me until 4 days after my placing the order that it would take a MONTH for me to get this laptop. I called Rushcard and told them that I had contacted Dell about canceling the order. I informed the rep(who didn't speak English by the way, none of them do)that I didn't want the item because it would take too long so what could I do.

He informed me that the hold was due to drop off the acct in 7 days and that if Dell had not collected by then the authorization would expire and the money would be return to my account and that Dell could not come back into my account because that authorization would have expired and they would have to get a new one in order to come into my account.

I waited the 7 days still no laptop. The authorization expired and my money return into my account. I though okay great. I went and purchased a laptop somewhere else (which is great by the way) then about 5 days later Dell came back into my account and took my money. This caused the account to overdraw (last time i checked banks are supposed to return an item if it is NSF to cover it.) So, I immediately called Rushcard upset and I asked them why was Dell allowed to debit my account after I was told that they would not be allowed to by one of their representatives and I had no product.

They gave me some B/S and emailed me a dispute form to complete. This was May 26. I have submitted this form 5 times, I still have not gotten my money back and they keep emailing this ofrm to me asking me to complete it again and again. I lkeep completing it and faxing it but I still have gotten no resolve. I would feel safer keeping my money underneath my pillow! Rushcard is full of crap and I can't wait to be done with thme so that I can cut this card into bits! I suggest u do the same.
