Russ Tucker Impalagarage on Ebay Sold Harley Davidson on a title in another persons name refuses to sign over title Title Skipper Brandenberg, Kentucky
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
Russ Tucker of Brandenburg, KY is a ripoff merchant. He trades under the name Imparlagarage on Ebay.
He sold me a 1987 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail and provided a title in someone elses name. He now is refusing to provide his details and complete the back of the title. I am an international buyer and cannot ship this bike out of the USA without the title being signed over.
He is a title skipper. He now hides behind his phone and refuses to answer and be a man and fulfil his obligations. He is a liar and I believe will prove to be a theif.
Do not ever purchase anything from him. He also uses other peoples email addresses (eg Lisa Roman) and provides banking details in the name of Daniel Tucker.
He makes lame excuses why he hasn't sent forms, he has lied to myself and my shipping agent.
Do not do any business with Russ Tucker or Impalagarage on Ebay. He cannot be trusted. I am unable to ship this bike I paid inexcess of $5100 for and it continues to cost me a fortune in storage.
A liar and a coward. USA this kind of low life person would not get away with this in Australia.

first of all the Aus Guy got his bike
second i not the shipper(takes weeks or even months to leave dock) (bike & title was there)
third you should here the calls and emails he sent(he threaten seller and family)not good
fourth look at sellers other feedback and ask other people that has deal with seller(all good)
fifth i think the Aus Guy should give seller a apology and a big thank you
