Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First time that I heard of WIA was when I received a postcard in the mail advertising up to seven streams of income. Having lost my husband to brain cancer, I was thinking that maybe this was the answer to my situation trying to provide for my family. So, I went to the seminar and after about a 90 minute presentation was asked which package did I want to get. They kept saying the more ways that you had to create income was the key, and that I needed to take more than one training. They continued to coerce me in to taking the Academy Elite package (7 advanced training's/software/mentor) package, at today's price of only $32,082.27, for which I wrote a check for from a life insurance policy that I received one my late husband. The classes included, Millionaire U, Wholesale Buying, Foreclosure Training, Lease Option, Asset Protection, Discount Notes & Mortgages, Keys to Creative Real Estate Financing, and a Mentor Program, in which a mentor comes to your city for three days to do one on one mentoring you through deals. (Did not happen!)

However, it didn't stop there, they called me up on the phone and said that I would greatly benefit from a phone coaching program that they offered, to jump start on the business at the cost of only 5,990.00 today only. (High pressure sales again) I was convinced that I needed it being so new to this business. Thus, I agreed.

Having a full time job and juggling tasks of everyday life I struggled through this coaching, I realized that you needed more time to do this business than they lead you to believe. I thought that maybe I needed to attend the classes to make things happen, so, I scheduled to take the class on asset protection first, which I did and spent another $10,000.00 on their materials. (Not including room, food, etc.)

I then realized I wouldn't keep spending money and booking hotel rooms, flights, and arranging time off from work to make the rest of the classes, which were scheduled across the United States. (for which they only gave you a year to complete!) Even if you were to attend college, you have four years, Hello! At any rate, I wrote them a certified letter to request a refund on the classes I didn't attend (which are 6) and the mentor that I didn't receive. Not hearing from them for several weeks, I wrote another certified letter and tried calling only to have them say that they would extend me a year to complete the classes. I didn't want to complete or go to the classes and explained my reasoning due to financing and cost of hotels, gas, etc.... that I would like a refund for the classes and for the mentor that didn't come to our town to help out. I thought that the integrity of Russ Whitney and of his company that they would be willing to come to an agreement to give me a refund on the classes that I didn't attend. Still waiting to hear back from them..

Recently I received a letter in the mail stating that I had a 3 day refusal when I signed up. They said that I could take the classes on line. I had already tried that months before, it didn't work for whatever reason, I was frustrated by now. Please, I just wanted my money back for the classes that I did not attend, but no, they didn't seem to care. They pocketed it, moved to the next city. The company is one with NO integrity, period. This has been going on for months.

This shows me that he and his company are out there looking for people such as myself to scam and are not willing work things out for the customer at all! They don't care....Remember, 3 days refusal. Don't be stupid like me.

Beware! They are lying in wait to coerce you and then walk off with your money and will not try to do anything to make it right. For him $30 some thousand dollars may not seem like a lot of money, but to me, it makes a big difference in my life. They will have to face God for the evil that they do to people. However, we need to cry out and expose them for who they are. What an expensive lesson to learn. Don't do business with a company that has no integrity or honest dealings with people such a WIA/Russ Whitney.

Watch out!

Beware!
