4-18-14 online order placed at Unique RV website  for scarce rv part; charged visa for part + FED Ex; no tracking notice given. aftr 2 week wait, phoned number on website contact, busy again & again; sent e mail, no response; 4-30-14 phoned a diffrent contact number from website, spoke with female who at first unable to find order but then searched harder and found it; told me it would ship out tommorow. questioned her why not shipped before, refused to explain; demanded an explaination from her, placed oh hold, then Bob (aka Robert Vogelzang) comes on and i explain the problem, and ask why the shipping delay? Bob becomes surly and evasive, saying the part was not in stock, but now is and will ship next day; why no e mail to me about delay? evasive again, and suggest if not happy, then cancel the order. I did and demanded he credit my visa. said he would. Also said i would not be able to find the part online. Robert Vogelzang sent an e mail, cancelling the sale and a Refund confirmation,... but no chargeback has yet appeared on my visa  card.

Searched rv websites again 4-30-14 for the part, found Surplus Online  and the same part  was presented but a few dollars less + UPS shipping. Registered as required, and ordered the part and my visa was immediately charged...but no shipping or tracking info provided. printed out hard copy of transaction. Checked website contact tag and found they were a division of RV Marketeering 2016 Barneman Ave. Elkhart, Indiana. Red Flag went up in my mind...An hour after this order was placed, recvd e amil from Robert Vogelzang, President of RV Marketing Inc dba Surplus Online  that the order was rejected and charges voided.  But, as of yet no chageback is on my visa.

Checking further on websites, I discover similar reports going back at least a year to identical rip offs. i can only guess but the scam is for Robert Vogelzang to set up multiple web sites targeting RV consumers searching for scarce or expensive parts, price them lower, get the consumer credit card charged but not ship the part...if consumer calls, be evasive and indignant, promise a refund....but never follow thru. i am now left to deal with visa to get a chargeback. This guy (and his business) is a flake and fraud.
