We sell refurbished Macbooks and Apple devices on eBay. Ryan Fontaine from (((REDACTED))) MCKINNEY, TX 75071 (phone number (((REDACTED)))) purchased 2 Macbook Pros costing $4,000 total from us and then immediately opened a claim after receiving them stating that he received "power units" instead of the Macbooks. Ebay/Paypal reversed the transaction and we got screwed. This guy is a scammer, do not trust him or ship to him under any circumstance.

Hello,

My name is Ryan Fontaine, the REAL Ryan Fontaine.

My identity has been stolen and I have been in contact with McKinney, Texas Police about this report you filed and several credit inquiries and other items that someone apparently has been trying to obtain in my name. I have seen cell phone accounts in my name, even bank and car loans that I did NOT approve inquiries for or seek to obtain.

Now back to the issue at hand with regard to your report on "me".

If you have tracking numbers PLEASE POST THEM HERE. As I stated already I have been in contact with McKinney police regarding this and will be very happy to assist you in any way I can.

Did you actually send these items to my address in McKinney or like the bank loans and car loans these people tried to obtain did they have you ship to another address? This is actually pretty important as there are a lot of security cameras in the area and if you shipped here maybe the police can find them on camera.

Please contact me with all of these details so I can forward them on to the police. I have already received paperwork from the police to make an indetity theft report (which I am currently filling out) and will be happy to add anything you have to the report and catch whoever is behind this... because it sure is not the REAL Ryan Fontaine that is for sure !

Also, just for the record - I do NOT have an ebay account so if ANYONE else is reading this from Ebay.. do NOT SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE IT IS NOT ME ORDERING! I NEVER ORDER FROM EBAY !
