Safe National of America Selling cheap waste substandard Printer St. Petersburg, Florida
I have heard that over Safe National of America, their
electronics are available if not cheap. And since I was looking for a new fax
machine, the one with scanner and printer I decided to buy there to save a few
bucks. I was fairly disappointed since the product that I got was substandard
(yes, I know you get your money’s worth). There is something wrong with the
scanner and when I actually looked at the manual to see what was wrong it was
there I found out that the model of the fax/scanner/printer that I have with me
doesn’t coincide with it. What’s more is that when the product was supposed to
be manufactured here in the United States, which I fairly recall the sales rep
explaining to me that it was so I wouldn’t worry of its quality. I have nothing
against products made out of my country but since I was assured that it was
made here, I find myself misled. I don’t know if the sales rep wasn’t doing his
job right or this is how they do it in their company. Nevertheless, I sent the
product back and I am pretty sure that I wont be coming back that store again.
